Well, so I said "Its the wrath of God, right?"

Things that occur to me as I wait for the coffee to cool down.

Hurricane after Hurricane after Hurricane, it must be the the Wrath of God descending upon the people of Florida, right?

Punishing them for voting for Gore but letting Bush steal the election.

Stealing is not right or holy or any of that good stuff that God likes so He must be incurring his Wrath against the unrighteous.

Of course, if He was really ticked off he would send Ivan to Texas instead of whopping Mississippi.

It's a tough call. On the one hand, Florida don't need another storm. On the other, I live in Texas and certainly don't want it. I guess, put to the vote, I would say, let them have it.

Nah....A few years ago, Floridians were bitching and griping about the drought. Now we have hurricanes. It's just Mother Nature evening things out! (My palm trees are growing like crazy!)

I live in Coastal Mississippi and I have to flee. However, don't pray for me, pray for The Cubs.

I'm with ya Joe. The dardest things come to me while waiting for the coffee to cool down, too. Why, just this morning I was blowing gently and thinking... I wonder if there were answers in that Genesis capsul that God doesn't want us to know about.

I hadn't thought of that, Squin, but now that I've had some coffee, I think maybe you're right.

God is concealing her universe from the eyes of humanity, clouding our vision, telling us that we are not on the right path, that we must return to the days of the BillC and the Demoos, for even though there was turmoil then, it is nothing like what is to come.

For one thing, we have to stop saying "her universe" and use the proper He.

Amen

I wuz planning to go with Mrs edgarblythe to the casinos in Lake Charles for my birthday this weekend. I bet they either stay closed or else the traffic from Houston will be too heavy. Durned storms. (I worry for those in the path, but can't help them, got to make the best of it).

First it's the Garden of Eden SHE'S screwing up and now it's HER universe. Is there no justice?
