My grandmother complained of lower back pain that started when picking up a stone. The pain was unbearable radiating to the bilateral legs. We consulted an Orthopedic doctor who diagnosed her with herniated disc. Two weeks has passed after the correction procedure, the pain was still present. The doctor visited her once week. But still my grandma hesitates to move and walk. I believe my grandma needs more visit from her primary doctor and physical therapist as well. Do you know other ways which she can continuously communicate with her doctors?

@jespah,
Here's an option your grandmother may wish to consider.
