Can anybody tell me that I can take vitamin C with collagen supplement or not?

Yes,why not.
But for best effect in taking collagen supplements it is advisable to also make sure you have plenty of vitamin C. The best form of vitamin c is from food or food based vitamin c supplements. Vitamin C is an important factor in boosting collagen production in our body, and without it your body will not produce enough collagen naturally.


Ideally if you are supplementing with collagen supplements you should take the supplement towards the end of a meal, as collagen works best in an environment of vitamin c, fat soluble, magnesium and other essential vitamins and minerals as well as water.
