Facebook Click to website ads Error

I dont have facebook page for my business. I want to start click to website ads. When I click on create ads from my personal facebook account, I get an error "You dont admin any facebook page" along with the option to create page.
I searched at many places but I could not find the answer. I would highly appreciate any help with this.

You need to make a page. Facebook won't allow you to advertise from a private account.

First of all you need to create a facebook page.
