On a page, how to hide only **some** comments from an author from everyone but the author?
In detail, the person is allowed to comment, and their comments are public and seen by everyone. However some of their comments are hidden from everyone except the author.
This has happened, but I don't know how to do it, and have been uselessly searching for days.

Privacy settings, I'd guess.
You can post and eliminate great swathes of people from seeing it.

When you post on Facebook, pull down on the post button (you may need to right-click. Understand that Facebook is
constantly tweaking its look and feel, so perfect instructions for me may not be perfect for you) and look at the options. One should include eliminating certain people from seeing a post. But note they can still see it if they go to your wall, if it is on your wall.
