Can't click "allow" to save photos on facebook

I recently deleted my Facebook app on my phone as it was being slow and re-downloaded it again today. When I go to save a photo, something pops up saying "allow Facebook to access photos, media and files on this device?" And says "deny" and "allow" beneath it. Any time I click allow, it doesn't work. I can only click deny. Anyone know how to fix it?
