Editing Text on Photo Posts

Recently I can't edit the text on any photo post I put up on my page! I edit them all the time, now all of a sudden I click on Edit, and nothing happens! But it still works on posts with only text! ...Is this a Bug? or has FB made another stupid improvement!

Desktop or phone app? Phone apps are always leaner because of limited memory.
