There is a simple way to avoid all the spam on a2k

Go to the profiles of everybody you want to interact with and follow them as friends. Then, when you know there will be lots of spam, you bypass it, by clicking on "My Friends." Simple as that. Just remember to click on "My Posts" or "New Posts," or whatever, from time to time to be certain you don't miss anything important.
