It's my birthday today. I forgot that I had my birthday info showing as private, I changed it this morning at 6am to show as public. However is it too late now for people to get notifications it's my birthday?
Sounds stupid but it feels nice getting all the messages from everybody . So quite sad it's not happening.
What happens if your birthday is public is that your friends get a message from Facebook telling them it's your birthday. So then some of them will send you a greeting. They do it because Facebook told them to, not becauase they remembered. They might as well be robot messages. But so what? Facebook isn't real life.
