I have just talked with my Finnish neighbour.
There are no Japanese in Finnland except tourists
So no Japanese could have emmigrated to USA
British culture is in no way taking over in Finnland.
GB is too far away and has never had influence of Finnland
Sweden and Russia are the two countries influencing Finnland
You are not forced to learn English in the school.
