What superheroes in comics have utility belts besides the Batman family?

Does Cyclops keep other ruby-quartz visors in his belt?

Do any other characters in comics use utility belts or did I name them all?

Moon Knight has one.
Deadpool has one.

Who else?

Captain America
Spider-Man (Don't know if he still has one, but he definitely had one)
Ben Reily
Winter Soldier
Deathstroke (unless you consider him a full-on villain)

What about underdog. The comics are a prized collection now but I had some of them 40 years ago-and for a while there was a comic strip.

"Speed of lighting- power of thunder" That is all I remember and his super power pill from his belt or something.
Although I hate porn parodies the underdog one was funny as hell-sweet polly pure bread or something like that. That fat harry asshole played underdog-can't remember the porn dudes name.

Underdog didn't have a utility belt. He kept a "Underdog Super Energy Pill" in a ring he wore all the time.

I Spy from the Sparky had a ton of secret devices.
