A man wakes up, lights a match and is literally scared to death. He died of what he saw and he didn't see anything that was going to kill him. What did he see?

ok i heared this one before but i think its a mirror lol i dont know could u pm me the answer?
he thought he seen the devil when he ignited the match cause he was looking at a mirror and only to see himself
