Really there would be no need to do so since the acts listed would also apply to females.
The point you miss is that BOTH homosexuals and heterosexuals are capable of sexual immorality. Gays are no different that straights in that respect. But I'm guessing you have no idea what the book actually means by sexual immorality.

@Leadfoot,
I understood you. Being that the title of this subject focused on homosexuality I limited my focus to that subject. But in no way was suggesting that immorality was limited only to persons who engage in homosexual acts. The Bible condemns all immorality no matter it's nature. For example, 1 Corinthians 6:9 begins by stating those who are sexually immoral before mentioning homosexuality.

@anthony1312002,
oh no

you don't get to decide that you can interpret one part one way and another part another way

it's either literal all the time or not at all

@ehBeth,
Sorry, eh Beth, it's not a matter of interpretation, rather, it is a matter of accepting what the Bible teaches and viewing it as the final authority.

@anthony1312002,
You are being hypocritical. The bible says that IT is not the 'final authority'. It says ' The spirit will guide you into all truth'. Not the words in that book.

You claim to believe the book literally. Either you believe it literally or you don't. Which is it?

Can a homosexual go to heaven?

Most definitely, it's not exactly a requirement, but I wouldn't take your straight mates.

This was a loaded (Haha! Get it?) question from the start. Its just another reason to villify a culture that another cant understand...and label it evil. Im so tired of these threads that I rarely post on them but my heart burns to help people to embrace acceptance. My life is nasty and mean enough with judgements of money, or land or kids...I dont need the added hate of judging others because of who they love.
It is the most hypocritical of people and those I loathe the most, that claim a love of God, and accept his almighty forgiveness and ect ect...yet hate and loathe and condemn his fellow man just because he or she lives a life misunderstood but just as loving and caring and even God fearing as his or her own. I never want to hate anyone but I hate bigots and hypocrits and racists...and I wonder...in the end...who will God really let into his land? Those that accept everyone for who they are, or just those that conform to a flawed human perception?

@ehBeth,
I thought it would be good for you to see this.
Romans 1:26,27

Romans 1:26 That is why God gave them over to uncontrolled sexual passion, for their females changed the natural use of themselves into one contrary to nature; 27 likewise also the males left the natural use of the female and became violently inflamed in their lust toward one another, males with males, working what is obscene and receiving in themselves the full penalty, which was due for their error.

Just to eliminate any idea of my picking and choosing.

@ehBeth,
So the part about the women changing the natural use of themselves into one contrary to nature is lost to you, even though Bible scholars readily admit that this is talking about women engaging in same sex sexual conduct the same as the men?

Oh well.

@anthony1312002,
Why are you so obsessed with other people's sex lives? What turned you into such a colossal pervert?

@izzythepush,
I'm not obsessed with other people's lives. I simply presented what the Bible itself teaches on this subject. Thus helping ones to not have a mistaken view of what Jehovah and his son Jesus teach about it in the Bible.

@anthony1312002,
Why homosexuality, and not beards, tattoos, mixed fibre clothing or any of the other nonsense in Leviticus?

Why entitle your thread "homosexuality" instead of "Leviticus on homosexuality."

You need to get your nose out of other people's business, it's prurient and downright creepy.

Btw, Jesus says nothing about homosexuality. He did say "Love thy neighbour as thyself," which seems to have shot right over your head.

I would change the answer a little.
If a person (homosexual or not) continues to act in sin he or she will not go to heaven. If he/she loves God and tries to avoid sinning, he/she will go to heaven.
It is time for Christians to reflect who Jesus is. Seek to be holy. Love God and other people (including homosexuals). Remember that the results of the Holy Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, and self control.
Practice Orthodoxy and Orthopracy.

@svervelde,
No. There's a verse that says something like, "Don't be decieved homosexual and (some others) will not enter the kingdom of heaven." I can find it later if needed.
