I understand your point of view; I was once very religious.

Many years later, I think that someone who uses the bible's words to dictate their sex life is denying joy.

I'm saying many people in different parts of the world pay no attention to what the bible says about sex.

Now you know. Closed minded people want to exclude and condemn, open minded people accept and respect others. Which group do you fall into?

I am apart of neither of these groups actually. I am apart of a group that does accept and respect people but not the sin, like in our own selves we need to condemn the sin in us and that is how I view homosexuals. I love them and respect them as people but I don't like their sin. I am commanded by God to love everyone and that is what I do, love everyone but not always agree with their sin, just like I do to myself. That is the group I am in.

What homosexuals (or anybody else for that matter) do in the privacy of their own homes is not your business. It's not up to you to approve or disapprove. Their "sin" as you call it is their nature, the way your "god" created them. Just as you can't deny your nature, they can't deny theirs. Could you suddenly start being a homosexual? I don't think so. Put yourself in their shoes for a moment. Do you think anyone would simply CHOOSE to be a homosexual? Why would anyone put themselves through all that trouble? They face ridicule, persecution, discrimination, violence and the condemnation of righteous bastards like you.

Is it okay for people who cheat by nature to cheat? Is it okay for people who kill by nature to kill? Saying something is okay because it comes naturally is not logical.

People can choose to cheat. People can choose to murder.

Suggesting homosexuality is a choice is like suggesting finger length is a choice.

My grandparents knew better than to think homosexuality was a choice back in the 1920's. Some people might have believed that homosexuality was a choice in the 1800's but those days are gone.

you definitely want to reflect on your belief that you personally get that command. If you lived locally, I'd suggest you see a doctor about this thought process. It seems quite unhealthy.
