having had my fair share of 'run ins' with the narcs and the police
i can fairly say they are mostly real dumb and the only reason they ever get their busts is thru grasses and shear force of numbers....

We have never had the nark system; being British, they either call the police in in Comprehensive (free) schools, or let them off with it in the Grammars. Do they still have these people, do you know? (Well, with the Patriot act, they probably don't need to )
