Welcome Lynx, I can see you will be a challenging addition to the forum.
"When I saw a problem on the site, it had 2.6 rating."
It should have had 6.28 rating.
Your other problems will require more thought.

A mold starts in the middle of a pond on day 1, overnight it doubles in size. If this happens every night, and the pong is comptely covered on day 60 how big was the lily pad on day 56?
Wouldn't the lily pad be the same size? Unless I'm mistaken, a lily pad isn't mold.

You're adding 1 meter to the radius, so the circumference increases by 2*pi meters.
(2.6N+5)/(n+1)=2.75 Solving for N yields 15 previous voters.
(16*2.75+2*5)/18=M Solving for M yields a new score of 3.
Since there are three tires in use at all times, the total distance traveled by the tires is 3000 miles. Shared evenly among five tires, each tire is used for 600 miles.
Working backwards, day 60=1, day 59=1/2, day 58=1/4, day 57=1/8. On day 56 the lily pad (mold) is 1/16 the size of the pond.

The first equation, the lower case 'n' should have been an upper case 'N'.:
(2.6N+5)/(N+1)=2.75

That is a pity, as it reduces the value of the answer.
