We can't add each other

There's been a while since we can't add each other, I accidentally deleted her friend request, and whenever I go to her profile there's no "add friend" button and there's no privacy settings set on her profile. Meanwhile, when she goes to my profile she finds that "add friend" button but evrytime she presses it, it says "Already Sent Request You've sent this person a friend request." and when we are checking Friend requests we cant find that request.... so yeah please help someone...!!!
