I was using my facebook account when all of a sudden I was prompted with the following message "For security reasons, your account is temporarily locked, If this account reflects your real name and personal information, please help us verify it, Upload a photo ID include your:
Passport
Driving licence
State-issued ID card
Military ID card
Immigration ID with signature
To make sure that this is your account, we need you to upload a colour photo of your government-issued ID. Your ID should include your name, date of birth and photo.
I have scanned my ID card, tried to upload several times, tried various formats yet it never uploads and my account is still blocked. Please can anybody help? Thanks
