Like you know how all these monks can gather and harness energy when meditating, can the average human do it?
i think an average person would need alot of practice
Most people can feel and generate chi in their first Tai Chi session.
Or you can get a "chai tea" from Starbuck's.
can a boy like me be as good as those buddhist monks when it comes to generating chi
It depends on your teacher, but yes, I think you'd be happily surprised. You ought to know though, that Tai Chi is based on Taoist exercises, not Buddhist. Same chi... it runs through everything.

but how come Buddhist monks can do it too?
Because it runs through everything?

What exactly are you envisioning?
The chi I'm talking about is an energy field that you can feel running through your body. Once you've learned to find it through exercise, you'll learn to recognize it all the time. It is as near as your next breath.
Monks ARE average people,
I can do it. And I am not a monk.
You can do it too.
Hi Roger! Do you feel it?
can you harness it to make you stronger?
I think that's the general idea. For most people that I've seen in class, coming into a deliberate contact* with chi is a pleasant experience.
*Because chi is everywhere, you are coming into contact with it whether you recognize it or not.
i see, and our souls, our souls are vibrating energy right
