Ok so my fb account was de activated by fb, they wanted to prove my authenticity. I sent them my first and last name and I'd as they asked wen I tried to log in. They then AIDS they would email me regarding what they would do next.. Problem is the email is so old I can't get access to it. Want do I do? ( I have tried to recover my hotmail acc but it won't work)

It's the same account. You use your personal account to create ads on Facebook.
