A rec center needs to hire additional employees for an 84 day period of peak business during the summer. The new employees will cover 12 hrs per day 7 days a week. Every employee will work 4 hrs per day 7 days a week for the 84 day period. Each employee cannot work more than 4 hours per day. Additionally each employee will get 3 paid days off during the 84 day period. How many employees are needed to provide the 12 hrs of coverage for the 84 day period.

@samsh426,
Figure out how many hours you need (12 hours/day x 84 days)
Figure out how many hours a person can work after taking away vacation (4 hours/day x (84-3) days ).
Divide hours needed by hours per person and round the answer up to the nearest whole number.
