Hello, Wilso, haven't seen you for a long while - what's been happening down in Oz, floods, fires?

Oh you poor benighted people - I can't imagine life without the flavour! Vegemite in Australia. It's a vegetarian spread, black and salty and tasty and no words can do justice to it! A very little spread on toast and butter (or dripping) is just what's needed to give it tang.

They advertise it by saying you either love it or hate it.

Clary I remember now that this issue has been discussed before and our Aussie friends have had to explain it to myself and others. Will we never learn.

Marmite is truly evil, in my opinion; but I've never liked anything with even the slightest taste of salt...

I so agree with your choice, Dev; unfortunately, most Baskin Robbins closed down; I used to go there once a month, to treat myself.

Sunflower

BTW, what is Ryvita? I've heard of it, but never had any.
(As for Clary's Marmite/Vegemite - it doesn't sound too good to me, but I might be willing to try it!)
