Think about the size of the various ingredients and if that might help you some how. Like if you had a coffee can of nickels, dimes and quarters. How would you separate them?

The glitter has magnetic properties (I assume) - magnetism will attract it.
I also assume mixture is dry.

What form is the instant coffee - Fine powder? Granular?
Is the flour ground?
Do you require both flour and coffee separated dryly?
Do you have a 'speaker' to spare?
Vibrating at different frequencies or in a centrifuge will seperate different materials.
