The true God must have, at least, these three attributes:
1. Omnipotent - having all power; almighty
2. Omnipresent - present everywhere at the same time
3. Omniscient - knowing everything, including knowing the past and knowing the future

If you were to believe in a god, be sure that He is the true God.

"He" because He is the Father. In the spiritual world, there is no more genital organs. There are no more "twin peaks". But they will know whether a being is male or female. The Father and Jesus are males, but the Virgin Mary is female.
