I am on A2K. I click on a thread. On the bottom pf my screen, it says "page opening" (or whatever it says), the blue line goes across, and it says, "done". But I am not accessing the thread. Either I get a blank page, or it goes back to the original page that I clicked.

Yesterday, it was happening once in awhile, and now it is happening more often than not. To check to see if it was my computer, so I went to Refdesk, and clicked on all sorts of sites. Everything worked properly. Wassup??

I'm having the same problem, Phoenix. Repeated blank pages. I've just now been able to post after five attempts.

If blank pages be the fruit of love, play on?

Raggedyaggie - Glad that I saw your post. I had been clicking away and getting nothing but blank pages. All of a sudden, your post came up. Must be a glitch on A2K! Sad

Something is up for sure. Probably a page-loading glitch.

Glad to know I'm not being shunned--or at least that I'm not the only one facing the snowy waste on the monitor screen,

Why was this "closed"? I'm still seeing the same problem.

Threads are marked as closed for our tracking purposes.

They are not always answered, and to answer why bluntly it's because of time constraints. I, personally, plan to spend a whole lot less time solving A2K's problems and in a choice between fixing it or answering questions at 5 am I chose to fix it and mark it for tracking purposes.

The problem was being solved when the thread was being posted, anyone who still has the problem is experiencing something local (on their computer's end).
