I have a new device and opened an account. Fb evidently has blocked it. I have old accounts from previous devices. How can I get pictures merged and put into blocked account and how can old accounts be deleted so this account will be unblocked?

Ah, this is a mess.

Close the new account, as it has less history on it and will be less trouble for you to move stuff.

Then just sign into the old account with the new device. If you have forgotten your password, click 'I forgot my password'. Don't open a new personal account - Facebook is pushing hard these days for people to have only one account.
