Why Won't Facebook Change The Name Of My Pages?

Okay so heresy the deal. I have two pages One I've had for more than a month and another one I just got a few days ago. I've wanted the name changed since the moment I've had them.

But every single time I try Facebook says that my request was denied, I've sent numerous reports about it, I tried merging them with a different page that had the name but it still didn't work!

I've tried the help center but Facebook isn't helping me. I honestly just want to change the name of my pages, I mean at this point I'd be willing just to know why the names can't be changed.
