getting rid of Meta Business Suite and Business Manager

Help, I need classic facebook back.
I cleared my history and needed to login to facebook again, now I seem stuck with MBS or BM which I don't want. We used to make bilingual posts and can't seem to manage in this new interface.
I've googled and tried all kinds of solutions but... after not wanting to use MBS through the feedback option, FB takes me back to BM. I've opted out but now it says all will be deleted in the next 24 hours. Is that safe and will I be back in classic mode then or what????
