Ive just tried to log into FB & its asked me for various forms of photo id / passport/ ID card etc .. cant see this being correct..cant Log in to send FB a message about this. I have asked a friend to contact them via her account..Meanwhile she has looked for me & ive "Gone"..theres no account for me..Anyone had this happen to them or maybe have I been hacked.....

They are looking to have you prove you are who you say you are. This can happen if you are using an obvious stage name or the like.

thought that but had the account for years always the same name..but whats weird my friend cant find any trace of me on FB when she just looked..x

It has happened to a number of people. It's got nothing to do with how long you've had an account. As I understand it, the accounts are suspended (thus invisible) until the i.d. is provided.
