Trip to Canada

I like to go sight seeing. Especially majestic and scenic sights, but with fairly easy access. Waterfalls, wild life, brightly colored birds, brightly colored flowers. Also, might want to check out any of Canada's major cities. The amount of time will probably be about 4 to 5 days. Entering Canada by way of Airline. Mode of travel inside Canada unknown. Any suggestions?

Maybe you should go to New Guinea instead. Birds of Paradise, stunning waterfalls, flowers you wouldn't believe, and the worlds largest insects.

Oops! I forgot about the easy access. Nothing is easy in New Guinea.

Four or five days? that's not very much time to see much of anything, let alone city and nature in an enormous, underpopulated country.

You're probably going to have to choose whether you're going to see one of the natural sights or part of one of the major cities, though visiting Vancouver might be a way to get a hit of both city and nature.

I googled Butchart Gardens and saw amazing photos. I believe that is near Vancouver.

It's in Victoria - which is on Vancouver Island.

The city of Vancouver is on the mainland.

You can get a taste of both cities in 4 or 5 days, though it would be better to have at least a week for each one.

Thank you very much for your suggestion. Victoria, Vancouver, Butchart Gardens, Vancouver Island all seems to be best area for what I am interested in.

I've visited Vancouver and Victoria many, many times from Florida. It's a perfect place to spend a week in Canada

It is fortunate, financially, that I travel with very small luggage I couldn't buy anything because I couldn't carry it.
