I live in Nevada and have Health Plan of Nevada. I am Moving to Minnesota. I have cancer and have not been at all pleased with my care here. My cancer has spread and I don't feel confident anymore in my physician. Therefore I am moving to MN and going to get into Mayo Clinic. But, I have HMO plan, and am told my insurance won't cover Mayo or anything in Minnesota. Would I be able to transfer my insurance thru Obamacare?
