Is there a forum policy about using all caps (capital letters) in your posts or in the topic headline?
What do you think about this?
To start, my opinion is that it is an example of "Hogging" which is listed in the Terms of Service. The reason is that using all caps is an attempt to draw attention to itself and thus away from other posts.

There is not.
There is no specific forum policy on writing on all caps. (Nor is there anything about using IM shorthand i.e. using "u" instead of "you" or using "kewl" instead of "cool".)
There is no A2K policy about writing in all caps, but it IS considered a breach of "netiquette", and is perceived by many as shouting. It is also damn difficult to read. If I see a long post that is in all caps, I won't even attempt to read it!
Earl Grey, I should bring up the fact that you mentioned this in a thread where nobody was using all caps. You may need to adjust something on your computer. I'm sure someone who knows more about this can help you out there.
EG was offended that the title to one of my threads was all in caps, not the text.
The choice is yours. Do you want responses, or not?
I live for responses . . .
It has overtaken sex, drugs and rock and roll as my life's priority . . .
Well, almost . . .
