Should boys be allowed to be shirtless in school on a hot summer day?

It's still hot and schools can't afford air conditioning so should Boys be allowed to take off their shirts in class. And honestly I wish I could have my shirt off at school.

said Jackie Gleason, back the day when none of us had air conditioning of any sort, though sometimes a fan or two.
