Are there any websites or forums where you can get your recorded speech critiqued or reviewed?

My friend is going to compete in a debate soon. He's asked me to evaluate his voice, diction and delivery. The problem is I have no experience in public speaking and debate, so I think it's best if there's a website where he can get objective and constructive criticisms for his speech.
