The Bush Administration is using the threat of a terror attack to manipulate the American public. Now, they are willing to take the talk of a potential attack a step further as a way to keep Bush in office. Pretty frightening stuff when you stop to think that a group of people want so badly to maintain power they are willing to disrupt the election process.
