I've just been listening to this story on my local radio today.
She could save herself a fortune in fees if she paid for an annual parking pass for a car park 100 yards away!

Maybe that is her way of supporting the local government or perhaps it's the principle {she is a libertarian and does not believe in restrictive laws}. Or maybe,maybe,maybe?
