Failed to get them. These collos are hard to understand.

"dope" is like being super-good, super-powerful, super-genuine.
"from scratch" means cooking/making something using original, basic ingredients. No shortcuts or pre-prepared stuff. He's going to create some original rap, nothing copied.

"two rappers" isn't itself a set/fixed phrase.

rapper: a person who produces rap music
two rappers: two people who produce rap music

I'm as dope as two rappers: I can rap as well as two rappers. (I'm twice as good as the average rapper.)
