i have a disorder of my muscles and they are weak and I injure them very easily recently I injured my knee and can barely walk i have asked to have my jury duty deferred and have been denied what can I do?
Get a Dr.'s note saying that you can't be on a jury right now, and have him write WHEN you would be available. I have found that just saying "I can't, right now, but I can later." is the best way to handle delaying jury duty.
