This thread is intended to feature guitar players and solos, with or without singing. Please name the guitarist if you know her or him.

From the 1971 album Maggot Brain, Eddie Hazel plays this solo with the same name.

From a Princes' Trust Concert (1987), George Harrison and Eric Clapton perform "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" . . . (with some help from Ritchie Starkey and Phil Collins, and others) . . .

The group Heart started in Seattle in the 1960s, and was joined by Nancy Wilson, and then, having moved to Vancouver, her sister Ann. They became the core of Heart, and took off with their 1976 album Dreamboat Annie. Here, Nancy and Howard Leese play "Crazy on You" on the Midnight Special television program:

John Slaughter Blues Band - I Got The Proof

In August 1964, John joined The Chris Barber Band (Dixieland and blues), after having played before with John Mayall, and, except for a break between 1978 and 1986, has been with the band ever since until his death in 2010. (I've met him a couple of times.)
