@parados,
Let take this one conclusion at a time, eh? You say:

Quote:
The actions of Armitage, in his published papers ...would point to his actions not being protected.

What actions "in his paper" serve to deprive him of his right not be be discriminated against on religious grounds?

Have to go for now. Back later.

lack of honesty, no facts, improper lab practice, non application of the scientific method.. You feel that he has no responsibility for competence as well. Just because you dont understand his fraud, doesnt mean that he should get a pass over it.
Uually religious Freedom is allowed in all things if you

1. You only hurt yourself (like the Seventh Day Avdentists, JW;s, an Scientists of Christ)

2 Your religious based fraud doesnt attempt to set up another religion under the Lemon Test

BTW, this is a pretty good case re upholding the "wall of separation"

@farmerman,
rmitage's "preaching and teaching" that the world is not as old as we understand is based entirely upon a religious interpretation that is based upon the inerrancy of the Christian Bible. IT IS NOT BASED UPON SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE.

@layman,
Page 604, the last sentence of the first column.

My reading comprehension is fine. Perhaps you should start to question your own.

@layman,
You haven't read the lawsuit either, have you? You make several errors about what his lawyers claim in the lawsuit.

The allegations of religious persecution are extremely thin and the only instance that is alleged is a "he said, he said" encounter witnessed by no one and that happened over a year before he was terminated. There is a lot of speculation by plaintiff about how he was persecuted but no substance. Ultimately, there is no there there in the law suit. Their only hope is to have a settlement or that they are allowed to depose enough people that they can find one or two with some supporting evidence. I doubt they took this on contingency. It's now been almost a year since the suit was filed. I can find no information in the public domain about where it is at.

@gungasnake,
Well you might want to reconsider because Mark has won the lawsuit and CSUN was caught in several lies. Nice to see justice prevail for a man who was merely stating what he had discovered. Again the typical response from those who must have million of years for their religion .. I'm mean theory to work. Well done Mark, keep up the good work!

@turdleguy,
You might want to tell the truth about what happened. No one won any lawsuit. They settled out of court with no admission of guilt by CSUN.

@RABEL222,
Does "instant water" come as a powder that you simply add water to?
