Can be Found in the CAPITAL of Over the Pond?

The elaborate mechanism with golden balls, plates and trays located 6 meters below where you stand under a very thick layer of transparent material (like glass) that seems completely unbreakable .. You do not see any way to influence the mechanism of where you are.
