Hi there. I have recently been given admin access to a facebook page for a company I'm working for. Much to my dismay I've noticed that my posts are getting far lower reach than those posted by other admin. My posts are in general better looking, more frequent, and more engaging but the reach has dropped dramatically. For example, when the company director posts, she gets a much bigger reach, even for very boring text posts! Can anyone tell me why this is the case and how I can improve my post results? No, although reach does depend on who sees what. For a closed, secret group, there would be no variations. But for an open page, sure, as you and the other admin have friends who are not members of the group and, if you (or anyone else in the group) interacts with a post, it ups the reach.
