HELP!
I messed up guys.
I am on the nuvaring and had it in for my normal 4 weeks and was supposed to take it out on the 4th of March (today is now the 7th of march) and obviously that made me 3 days late om taking it out. Here's the bad part, I had unprotected sex on the 4th. Did that make me unprotected even though the ring was still inside of me but about to be overdue on taking it out? I didn't know what to do so today I took it out and am hoping to have a period soon..But today I woke up with the room spinning and nauseated like no other. I am worried.
So does that mean pregnancy is a possibility with this case? I hope not. I am always 100% responsible with this stuff, it's just a lot of things have stressed me out and I have been forgetting a lot.

The dizziness and nausea could be just stress.
Give it a couple of days.
