Have a ec4 water softner system it isn't doing anything, it has power and appears normal but says 0 gpd and doesn't read anything when the water is going through it. it still goes into regeneration my salt level isn't dropping like normal, does anyone have any ideas?

As stated above , noticed difference in water quality why isn't it reading anything in menu , does anyone have any ideas? Tried unplugging unit and power terminal for 20 +min, came back on normal
