ahm for me..! It's not really the HR who has a big role in the organization it depends upon because employees and other staff that is part in the organization had different duties and responsibilities. Only the HR manager who will plan, organize, control or coordinate the personnel, training, and other activities in the organization.

basically HR is the the ones who plan strategies to the company, recruit the person who has the ability and capacity in working. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the workers.
