      I can't imagine why a person would want to change their body, though. Even if they did think that they were supposed to be a member of the opposite sex. Wouldn't you just feel...weird or odd that you're swapping out the parts of you that you have had for as long as you can remember?

Plastic ass??? Wiyaka has not had SRS yet and may not have it. Strictly her decision not mine. Regardless of the plumbing, Wiyaka is a lady to me. They don't use plastic, but invert what is there already, trust me it does not involve the ass, unless the penis is too small then the surgeon may use part of the rectum to fashion the vagina.
SRS is not for everyone, unfortunately some of those who have it discover too late that they made a mistake. I don't want my Wiyaka to go there.
Male to female TSs are lucky, their new equipment functions like the real thing except for pregnancy. Female to male TSs end up with an extremely expensive adult sex toy, usually no feeling, what fun.

Them silicone parts are made for toys, yuck. I'd bet 5 to 1 those are fake because you can't see the bra cutting into them like you would if you lifted a natural set that high. While I'll admit women like that draw my eye like a magnet, I seldom hit on them unless there's something else... so I've seen maybe a dozen or so naked.
