Aside from the things mentioned above, an HR must also communicate employees regarding to what really the change is for and the reason why the management has a need to change. I hope this will help.
in addition, if I will become an HR, I will always remind employees to understand the importance of change in the company.

@Ivysayuri,
I think, an HR should explain to their employees why the company is in need of change.

@Ivysayuri,
Maybe an Hr must also listen about the feedback of employees about the change because the gathered information can help them increase and develop the urgency of change.

@Ivysayuri,
If I am an hr, I will talk to my people for me to know their concerns about the change.Because in this way, I can then utilize information on how I should respond to them and gain their commitment in the company. Hope this one helps.

@Ivysayuri,
I guess you should convince your employees and gain their interests to work with effort for them to prevent being too complacent.

@Ivysayuri,
An hr should make sure that the employees can feel what are the benifits of change to them not just only see what the change is. I hope this one can help you.

Do all of you work together? You seem to post at the same time and share similar thoughts on the subject of human resources.
