I haven't understood all the pump for high speed. Get ordinary speed going first.

This high speed push seems idiotic to me, as bridges fail and so on. We need ordinary travel help from city to city, town to town. I get it that it is an Obama push, still stupid. It's craziness.

Fund busses, fund roads, fund bridges, fund local rail.
