Finishing my lunch

Getting into BIG trouble with MaMaIzzie. Oops! Ran the bath - got distracted - bath very full - excess down the overflow pipe - DIDN'T know (but do now) the pipe has a hole in it - - water thru ceiling - hall downstairs a little water-logged!!!!!!!!!! MaMaIzzie walks in - you would think the bath had fallen thru the ceiling - not very happy with me! Er----don't think anyone knew there was a hole in the pipe - positive is - at least it won't happen tomorrow when the buyers come by to the view the property again. (MaMaIzzie now left with bee in bonnet!)

Hoping it all dries up in time

Letting the estate agents know that a water feature always increases the sale price of a house. Who needs a sprinkler system with my leaking pipes
