Very glad to be home after delivering daughter safe and sound back to school.
Well almost 10.30pm your way and surprised to see you so late Stormy.
x-tra late drop off compared to the usual. We decided to do some shopping and have dinner
You mean dinner in town, hubby being generous.
zipping right back to say "no!" I take H. to and from school. She and I had dinner.
Ah, that's a lovely mother's gesture, bet H. appreciated that.
Better believe she does, and so do I.
Can well imagine, my wife used to do that.
Days with children go by way too fast.
Entirely agree with you, been there, done that.
Feeling like I need to spend lots of time with N. and enjoy the years he has left at home.
Good idea, you know they could leave you at a moments notice, and surprise you. Happened to us.
Have to not think of those circumstances Dutchy
I must admit our boy did exceptionally well for himself after he left home at 16 and always kept in close contact.
Just keep telling N. he can't leave home till he's 30!
Keen to think he'll have a couple of ankle biters himself by then.
Let's not even talk about that, not ready to be old enough to be "grandma" yet!
Maybe you should think again, add up the years when N. is 30
Not there yet, don't talk about it!!
Opting to change the subject! Are you working tomorrow?
